Rob Delaleu M. Ed, CAGS, is a highly accomplished executive director of human resources diversity, equity, and inclusion for the Southeastern School District. As the founder of his own DEI consultation company, Newfound Lyrics LLC, Rob is dedicated to helping companies develop strategic plans to be more inclusive of their employees and customers. He is also the head of several basketball skills camps that aim to build community and allow local youth to learn how to work together and build on sports and interpersonal skills.

With years of experience in K-16, higher education, and corporate industries, Rob has developed an impressive track record of success in diversity, equity, and inclusion affairs (DEI). He is skilled in operations, data inquiry, program management, community engagement, athletics, student development, company consultation, and training. His innovative and technical approach to DEI initiatives has made him a respected industry leader, committed to positively impacting lives through actionable solutions created by strategic planning, including events, discussions, programs, podcasts, videos, and social media campaigns.

Rob has held various leadership positions throughout his career, including as a distinguished former Director of Multicultural Affairs and Interim Vice President of Student Services at Bristol Community College. He has also served as a collegiate head Men's Basketball coach, where he built a new basketball program to national prominence, achieving a ranking as high as #3 in the country. Rob's coaching accomplishments include winning multiple state championships and receiving Coach of the Year awards. He has a remarkable track record of retaining and graduating students of color at a far higher rate than the national average, highlighting his commitment to student development and success.

In addition to his professional accomplishments, Rob is currently pursuing his Doctor of Education degree at Johnson and Wales University, set to graduate in 2023. His dedication to continuous learning and professional development makes him a valuable asset to any team.
